These Terms and Conditions apply to the rt health “one month of free health insurance” retail offer (“Offer”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by Railway & Transport Health Fund Ltd (ABN 93 087 648 744) (“RT Health”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Offer commences on 1 July 2021 and closes on 30 September 2021 (“Offer Period”).
2. The Offer is only available to members who:
a. have never held a policy previously with RT Health Fund; or
b. re-joining RT Health Fund after 12 months (not in conjunction with other offers); and
c. are eligible to join RT Health Fund; and
d. purchase combined Hospital and Extras cover issued by rt health during the Offer Period; and
e. purchase the selected cover over the phone; and
f. provide a valid email address upon joining; and
g. enrol for direct debit or payroll deduction (if available for Corporate customers) of premiums.
3. The Offer is not available to Customers who:
a. are based in the Northern Territory.
b. already receive a discount on their premium.
4. Other waiting periods apply. Yearly limits, fund and policy rules apply.
5. The Customer will receive their 4th month of RT Health insurance free equal to the value of their Hospital and Extras Premium subject only to maintaining the selected combined Hospital and Extras cover for 90 consecutive days from the join date and making all premium payments during this period.
6. Subject to the Customer being financial, Customer will have the amount credited to their policy AFTER they have been a member for 90 consecutive days.
7. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by RT Health Fund.
8. RT Health Fund reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time by amending this notice save that any acceptances prior to the change will not be affected.
