Direct Debit Any Day

We know providing a flexible and convenient approach to your membership payments is important.

That’s why we’ve introduced ‘Direct Debit Any Day’.

Direct Debit Any Day lets you decide the day you’d like your premium paid, meaning you’ve got greater control of when you pay your premium.

Direct Debit Any Day allows you to select a day (between 1 and 28) to have your payment debited from your selected account.

We currently debit monthly payments on the 6th of each month. We know this doesn’t suit everyone.

rt health members can now select any day of the month (between 1 and 28).

It’s worth knowing that if the day you select falls on a public holiday or a weekend, it will be debited on the next business day.

If you’re looking to change the day your payment is debited, you have a couple of options.

• Give our helpful Member Service team a call on 1300 886 123. They’ll chat with you about your options and change your payment date for you.
