We were in touch with current RT Health members recently about activation of their discount.
Below you’ll find some tips on how you can manage your future payments now we’ve applied your discount.
- If you’re on direct debit (your payments are paid from your bank account or credit card), you don’t need to do anything. We’ll take care of the rest for you.
- If you pay your premium directly (if you receive payment notices from us), you’ll notice the new amount on your next notice.
- If you pay by payroll deduction, you’ll need to advise your payroll team of your new premium amount.
If you pay 6 or 12 months in advance, we’ll be in touch again soon with details on how we’ve adjusted your membership to include the 5% discount.
*Your 5% discount will not apply to any Lifetime Health Cover Loading (LHC) you pay as part of your premium.
